A new message was posted at May 6, 2026 at 11:04AM # Public Beta 1.3.9.4 is Live for Pillars of Eternity Greetings Watchers, Today we are releasing Patch 1.3.9.4 in the Public Beta on Steam, GOG, and Xbox PC. To check out the latest changes and bug fixes, please make sure you are on the Public Beta Branch. **To opt in to this current update, use the Public Beta branch.** **STEAM:** 1. In your Steam Library Right click on Pillars of Eternity, and select "Properties" 2. Select the "Game Versions & Beta" Tab, and click the "public_beta" branch. 3. Close the Window, and you should have a download ready. Attempting to play the game should automatically trigger the download. **GOG:** 1. Open GOG Galaxy and Locate Pillars of Eternity in your Owned games library. 2. Click on the Options button next to "Play" 3. Hover over "Manage installation" and select "Configure" 4. On Beta Channels, change "Disabled" to "Public Beta' and click OK. **Xbox Insider HUB PC:** 1. To install the app on a Windows device: Press the Start button , enter “store” in the search bar, and then select Microsoft Store. 2. Select Search, enter "insider" in the box, and then select Xbox Insider Hub. 3. Select Get or Install. You can reinstall this app any time from the Store if you change Windows devices or use more than one. 4. Open the Xbox Insider Hub, and then select Previews. 5. Choose Pillars of Eternity, and then select Join. 6. Read the Terms and Conditions of participating in the preview, and then select Accept.
